Up to 1 hour per week
 – $80 per month
1 hr 10min/1hr 15 minutes per week – $99 per month
1.5 hours per week - $121 per month
2 hours per week – $159 per month

2nd class per week – 10% discount
3rd class per week – 25% discount
Each additional class – 40% discount

Students & family members enrolled in 2+ hrs Accelerated/Xcel/Performance Groups/Gym Teams 40% discount towards additional classes
One Time Family Membership Fee – $35 due at registration (new students only)
* Workshops, Camps, Parents Night Out, Birthday Parties and Lunch Bunch are not eligible for extra discounts, unless specified by event.

Gymnastics

This class requires parent participation and is designed for the parent and child to take class together in a fun environment. Class will focus on locomotor skills, hand-eye coordination and basic skills on all apparatus. Educating parents on spotting and progressions will also be incorporated. Student must be in age range listed by 7/1/23


3 & 4 Year Olds

Gymnastics

First class flying solo (without parents). This class will work on strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, basic shapes and body awareness.  This class is aimed at gaining an understanding of class structure, how to move through circuits, how to follow directions and how to take turns.  Pre-basic gymnastic skills (donkey kicks, monkey jumps and age appropriate gymnastics terminology) are taught. Student must be in age range listed by 7/1/23


4 & 5 Year Olds

Gymnastics

Motor skills are more refined and children learn basic gymnastics skills.  Cartwheels, rolls, handstands as well as more difficult strength, flexibility and balance drills are taught. Student must be in age range listed by 7/1/23


4-5 Year Olds

ADV. GYM MINIS

Adv Gym Minis (ages 4 - 5) 
This coursework gradually introduces advanced gymnastics techniques to very young but emotionally and mentally mature athletes. The programming is age-specific, goal-oriented, and structured. Your child will be pleased to rise to new challenges and explore interesting gymnastics moves across all the events (beam, bars, floor, vault). Themes for this age group: practicing athletic conditioning, maintaining focus, building independence, and learning gymnastics shapes. 

These programs are invitation-only, meaning candidates must be evaluated and approved by the Accelerated Director to join.


Girls gymnastics age 5+

Student must be in age range listed by 7/1/23

5–7 Year Olds

Gymnastics Level 1 and 2 gymnasts are taught beginning through advanced skills on all four Olympic events (bars, beam, floor and vault) in addition to trampoline and Tumble Track. Skills are taught in a safe and progressive manner. Student must be in age range listed by 7/1/23


7+ Year Olds

Gymnastics Level 1–3 gymnasts are taught beginning through advanced skills on all four Olympic events (bars, beam, floor and vault) in addition to trampoline and Tumble Track. Skills are taught in a safe and progressive manner. Student must be in age range listed by 7/1/23


Boys gymnastics age 5+

Student must be in age range listed by 7/1/23

5–7 Year Olds

Level 1-3 gymnasts are taught beginning skills on all six Olympic events (vault, parallel bars, high bar, floor, pommel horse and rings). Student must be in age range listed by 7/1/23


7+ Year Olds

Level 1-3 gymnasts are taught beginning to advanced skills on all six Olympic events (vault, parallel bars, high bar, floor, pommel horse and rings). Student must be in age range listed by 7/1/23


Tumbling

Student must be in age range listed by 7/1/23

5–9 Year Olds

Tumbling Emphasis is placed on the fundamentals of tumbling, to include and progress through handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, standing back handsprings, round-off back handsprings, and multiple whips, flips and twists. We utilize the competition spring floor, air track and other various training aids and mats to ensure proper progressions and attention to safety.
Beginning Requirements None needed - all beginning students are welcome

7+ Year Olds

Tumbling Emphasis is placed on the fundamentals of tumbling, to include and progress through handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, standing back handsprings, round-off back handsprings, and multiple whips, flips and twists. Beginning Requirements None needed - all beginning students are welcome
Intermediate Requirements Students must have a strong cartwheel, handstand, roundoff and should already be working on kick overs and walkovers
Advanced Requirements Students must have strong cartwheels and must have strong front and back walkovers; students should be close to having a standing back handspring
Elite Requirements Students must have a consistent, strong round off back handspring - this is a great additional class for students in Elite Acro, Xcel Gymnastics and those working on advancing their tumbling for cheerleading.
